Expert Witness Testifying For Wi-Fi Networks
As with all human endeavors, Wi-Fi projects sometimes don’t go according to plan and expectations are either miscommunicated and/or not properly met, and occasionally these disputes lead to legal challenges where expert witness testimony is required to help sort out what was expected, what was promised, and what was actually delivered. This can be particularly challenging to unravel in cases where neither the customer nor the service provider are Wi-Fi experts (though fashion themselves to be). This talk will briefly focus on the problems of providing expert witness testimony and the challenges, based on a real-world example for a legal dispute in a student housing project.
